The bulk of the collection is indexes to a personal collection of big band and jazz music. It includes scores, lead sheets, photocopies, songbooks, Ian Campbell Music Manuscripts, and a discography.

This collection contains the personal papers of Thomas Goleeke, professor emeritus of the School of Music at the University of Puget Sound. Personal papers include sheet music, evaluation material, and research papers.

Leroy Ostransky (1918-1993) was a composer, author, and a professor of music at the University of Puget Sound. An expert on jazz, he was widely recognized for his contributions to education and the arts. This collection contains files, correspondence, audio recordings, manuscripts, class notes, clippings, musical scores and compositions.
