Abstract

Francis Wayland Hanawalt (1859-1933) was born in Monticello, Indiana. Hanawalt joined the University of Puget Sound in 1908 as Professor of Mathematics and Astronomy and served in this position until his death in November 1933. The Francis Wayland Hanawalt Teaching Notebooks consist of four small notebooks and one document created by Professor Francis Wayland Hanawalt.
