Records created by administrative and academic offices at the University of Puget Sound are restricted for a period of 20 years from the date of creation. Records created intentionally for public distribution, including but not limited to campus announcements and university publications, are open without restriction.

As of 1/1/2026, records in this collection (with the exception of records created intentionally for public distribution, which are open without restriction) created after 1/1/2006 are restricted, while those created on or before that date are open for research.
