These items were transferred to the archives by Alva Butcher in the School of Business & Leadership. President Phibbs was interviewed years ago for a paper within the department and Phibbs gave this binder and box of papers to Alva and asked her to "return them to archives." They sat in the School of Business & Leadership for many years. It is unclear if the materials were actually in the archives before this interaction with the School of Business & Leadership or not.
